Packages for tovid 0.35.0 are now at the packman repository. You can add the needed repos to Yast with zypper (example for Suse 13.2):
zypper ar -f -n packman-essentials http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_13.2/Essentials/ packman-essentials zypper ar -f -n packman-multimedia http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_13.2/Multimedia/ packman-multimedia
Or you can use Yast to add the needed repos.
